These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Easy Area mobile application ("App") operated by Easy Area ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Easy Area app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Easy Area is a land measurement application that allows users to:

• Measure land area using GPS coordinates
• Draw and measure on map images with scale accuracy
• Convert measurements to various Indian local units (Acre, Bigha, Vaar, Biswa, etc.)
• Split land into multiple plots
• Import KML/KMZ survey files
• Save and manage measurement projects

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: Easy Area provides approximate land measurements for reference purposes only. Measurements may vary based on GPS signal strength, device accuracy, map image quality, and user input. The results should NOT be used as a substitute for professional land surveys. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the measurements provided by the App.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must use the App only for lawful purposes
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your input (scale settings, boundary markings)
• You must not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• You must not use the App to infringe on others' property rights
• You agree not to use automated systems to access the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Easy Area and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscription and Payments

• The App offers both free and premium (paid) features
• Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to Google Play Store's and Apple App Store's refund policies
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Area shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any inaccuracies in measurements
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any third-party conduct on the App

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
